- GST (5%) & TCS (5%)

Payment Terms
- Booking Deposit: 50% of the total package cost per person to confirm booking (covers flights & visa).
- Hotel Payment: 30% of the remaining balance before hotel booking.
- Final Payment: Balance cleared after receiving tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel vouchers.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer, NEFT, or RTGS only.
- Cash payments are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- All payments are non-refundable.
- No refund for unused services or a shortened stay.
- Visa rejection or COVID restrictions: no refund applicable.
- Flight cancellations follow airline policy; Toubah Travel is not liable for charges.
Terms & Conditions
- All pilgrims must be fully vaccinated.
- Visa approval is subject to the KSA Embassy's discretion.
- Hotels check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 12 pm.
- Toiletries, like towels, are not provided.
- Flight delays, cancellations, or changes are airline's responsibility.
- Private transport may incur extra charges for additional luggage or vehicle upgrades.
- Pilgrims needing wheelchair support must bring their own.
- Laundry: Twice in Makkah, once in Madinah (4 pieces per person in Madinah).
- Toubah Travel is not responsible for lost passports, luggage, or personal items.
- All disputes governed by Indian laws, the Delhi courts have jurisdiction.
