Payment Terms

Booking Deposit: 50% of the total package cost per person to confirm booking (covers flights & visa).
Hotel Payment: 30% of the remaining balance before hotel booking.
Final Payment: Balance cleared after receiving tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel vouchers.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer, NEFT, or RTGS only.
Cash payments are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
No refund for unused services or a shortened stay.
Visa rejection or COVID restrictions: no refund applicable.
Flight cancellations follow airline policy; Toubah Travel is not liable for charges.

Hotels check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 12 pm.
