3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with package details.
3.2 Payment Policy
Full or partial payment is required to confirm the booking. Remaining balances must be cleared before the departure date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
3.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as per airline, hotel, and visa authority policies. Some components may be non-refundable. Service charges are non-refundable in all cases.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, written notice is required. Cancellation charges will apply as per the package terms. In case of rejection of visa, only refundable portions (if any) will be returned.
5. Visa and Documentation
All travelers must hold valid passports and submit required documents for visa processing. The company is not responsible for visa delays or rejections caused by the authorities.
6. Travel, Accommodation, and Transport
Package inclusions such as hotels, transport, and flights are mentioned in your itinerary. Hotel category (Economy, Deluxe, Premium, etc.) is based on the package selected. Any upgrades or changes will incur additional charges.
7. Health and Safety Guidelines
All pilgrims must ensure they are medically fit to travel for Hajj or Umrah. The company holds no responsibility for medical issues arising during travel. Travelers must follow Saudi Arabia’s health and safety regulations at all times.
8. Responsibilities and Liabilities
Toubah Travels acts as an intermediary between pilgrims and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control including natural disasters or government restrictions.
9. Changes and Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify package details, pricing, or itineraries in response to airline schedules, visa regulations, or unforeseen events. Clients will be informed of major changes prior to departure.
10. User Conduct and Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the website or submit any false or misleading information. Any attempt to harm or disrupt the website’s operation may lead to legal action.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content including text, images, and logos are the property of Toubah Travels and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
