Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Toubah Travels for your Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage. We understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and amendments are processed for all our pilgrimage packages.

1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact form. Cancellations will only be accepted once acknowledged by our support team.

1.1 Cancellation Timeline and Charges

  • Cancellation made 45 days or more before departure – Full refund minus processing fee.
  • Cancellation made 30–44 days before departure – 25% of total cost will be deducted.
  • Cancellation made 15–29 days before departure – 50% of total cost will be deducted.
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days before departure – No refund.

2. Visa Rejection Policy

In case your Hajj or Umrah visa is rejected by the Saudi authorities, we will refund only the refundable portion of your package, after deducting non-refundable expenses such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and administrative fees.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after the confirmation of cancellation. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

4. Flight and Hotel Cancellations

Airline tickets and hotel bookings are subject to respective third-party policies. Any cancellation fees charged by airlines or hotels will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Package Modifications

If you wish to reschedule or modify your travel dates after booking, it will be treated as a new booking and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

6. Cancellation by Toubah Travels

In rare circumstances such as government restrictions, pandemic-related travel bans, or operational issues, Toubah Travels reserves the right to cancel a tour. In such cases, a full or partial refund (based on vendor terms) will be provided.

7. No Show Policy

If a traveler fails to appear for departure without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued. This includes failure to provide required travel documents or missed flights.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control including war, natural disasters, epidemics, political unrest, or airline strikes. Refunds will be processed based on third-party refund eligibility.
