Day by Day Itinerary

15 Days Umrah Itinerary (Tentative)

Day 1 – Departure for the Holy Journey

The group will depart for Jeddah. Upon arrival, a private vehicle will transport you comfortably to your hotel in Mecca. After check-in and a short rest, our experienced tour guide will accompany you to perform your first Umrah with complete guidance and support.

Day 2 – Prayers at Masjid al-Haram

Spend the day offering prayers and performing ibadah at the Haram Sharif, absorbing the spiritual peace and blessings of Mecca.

Day 3 – Local Ziyarat in Makkah

Embark on a guided Ziyarat tour to visit historical and spiritual sites around Makkah under the supervision of our tour guide.

Day 4 – Day of Worship

Dedicate your day to prayers and reflection at Masjid al-Haram, enjoying personal time for ibadah.

Day 5 – Second Umrah (Masjid Ayesha)

Perform your second Umrah at Masjid Ayesha (Miqat) with the assistance of our guide. (Note: Pilgrims are required to arrange their own transportation.)

Day 6 – Third Umrah & Additional Worship

Perform your third Umrah at Masjid Ayesha and spend the remaining day in worship. (Transportation to be managed by pilgrims.)

Day 7 – Free Day for Prayers or Jeddah Visit

Spend the day offering prayers at the Haram Sharif or explore Jeddah city at your own convenience.

Day 8 – Travel to Madinah

Pack your bags and get ready to travel to the sacred city of Madinah. Our team will assist with smooth transfers to your hotel.

Day 9 – Arrival & Visit Masjid an-Nabawi

After check-in at the Madinah hotel, visit the Prophet’s Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi) to offer prayers and send salutations to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Day 10 – Worship at Masjid an-Nabawi

Spend the entire day in ibadah and reflection at Masjid an-Nabawi.

Day 11 – Continued Prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque

Dedicate this day to prayers, Qur’an recitation, and exploring the mosque’s peaceful surroundings.

Day 12 – Free Day for Worship or City Exploration

Offer prayers or explore Madinah’s holy landmarks, such as Jannat al-Baqi and Quba Mosque, at your own pace.

Day 13 – Devotion at Masjid an-Nabawi

Continue your spiritual journey with heartfelt prayers and dhikr at the Prophet’s Mosque.

Day 14 – Last Day in Madinah

Spend your final day in Madinah, offering prayers and cherishing the spiritual environment of Masjid an-Nabawi.

Day 15 – Return to India

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the Madinah or Jeddah Airport for your return flight to India, carrying unforgettable memories of your Umrah journey.

To proceed with your Umrah booking, please ensure you have:

A valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
One Passport Size Photograph (white background)
PAN Card Copy

Payment Terms

To maintain transparency and smooth processing, the following payment schedule applies:

Booking Amount: 50% per person (for ticketing & visa issuance)
Second Installment: 30% before hotel booking confirmation
Final Balance: Remaining 20% after receiving visa, insurance, and hotel voucher

Payment Mode:
Only bank transfers, NEFT, or RTGS are accepted.
Cash payments are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

All booking payments are non-refundable.
Once confirmed, packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds for visa denial, immigration issues, or COVID-19 restrictions.
Airline cancellation charges apply as per airline policy.
No refunds for unused or partially used services during the tour.
