01. Booking Deposit

• A 50% payment per person is required at the time of booking.
• This amount covers the cost of tickets and visa processing.

03. Final Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid after receiving your tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel vouchers.

• We accept payments only through bank transfers, NEFT, or RTGS.

   

Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change. But, because of Umrah travel arrangements, these rules apply:

• All booking payments are strictly non-refundable.
• No refund will be processed for package cancellations once confirmed.
• Refunds aren’t available if a visa is rejected, immigration is denied, or COVID-19 rules apply.
• Any fees for flight cancellations or changes will follow the airline's policy. We won't be responsible for those charges.
• If your flight changes or gets cancelled, contact us directly. We can help with refunds or date changes if you booked through us.
• No refunds will be given for unused services during the tour, such as meals, transport, or accommodations.

General Conditions

• When you book a tour with Toubah Umrah, you accept all the terms listed here.
• If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking the tour.

Travel & Documentation

• All pilgrims must be fully vaccinated and present valid vaccination certificates.
• Any increase in airfare, visa fee, or exchange rate (SAR-INR) must be paid before departure.
• Low-cost airlines do not offer child fares.
• The grant of visas is at the sole discretion of the KSA Embassy. We’re not liable for any visa rejections or delays, and visa fees can't be refunded.
• If visa delays impact flight schedules, any cancellation or rebooking charges must be borne by the passenger.

Accommodation

• If the chosen hotel in Makkah or Madinah isn't available, we'll offer a similar hotel nearby.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (as per Saudi government regulations).
• Room service and cleaning may vary by hotel; generally, cleaning is done every 2–3 days.
• Toiletries like towels and buckets are not provided in Saudi hotels.
• Room changes or upgrades depend on availability and may involve extra cost.
• The distance to Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi might vary a bit based on how it's measured from the boundary to the hotel.

Flights & Transport

• We aren’t responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, or airline choices.
• For shared transport, delays at Jeddah Airport may occur, especially during peak seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, or Muharram.
• If you request a private vehicle upgrade for luggage or comfort, additional charges will apply.
• Wheelchair users are advised to bring their own equipment.

Ziyarat & Local Tours

• All Ziyarat tours are conducted under Saudi Government guidelines.
• Some sites may be temporarily closed or restricted due to crowd control or local regulations.
• Our team will make every effort to ensure a complete Ziyarat experience as permitted by the authorities.

Additional Guidelines

• Laundry Service: Provided twice in Makkah and once in Madinah (4 pieces per person in Madinah).
• Riyaz Ul Jannah Permit: Not included; pilgrims must obtain it via the NUSUK App.
• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or theft of passports, luggage, or valuables.
• The Toubah Umrah Kit (backpack and shoulder bag) must be collected from our office before departure.
• All disputes are subject to Indian laws, and jurisdiction will rest with the Delhi courts only.
